The project encompassed various components, such as warehouse space, an express counter, and an upscale showroom highlighting kitchen, bath, and lighting fixtures. This facility is located at 11553 Philips Highway in Jacksonville, FL, occupying a substantial 8.6-acre plot. It was constructed on a brownfield site that had previously undergone development, involving the demolition and removal of existing structures in the past.
The newly erected building spans an impressive 77,358 square feet, with the showroom/offices occupying 17,238 square feet, the express counter covering 3,520 square feet, and the warehouse encompassing 56,600 square feet. Its construction employed a combination of concrete tilt-wall panels and structural steel framing, joists, and metal decking.
This facility serves as a replacement for the Ferguson Showroom formerly located at 3003 Philips Highway in Jacksonville, FL.
